Hello, I’m Nadejda—an Ontario Certified Teacher with over 15 years of experience teaching in Canadian classrooms, along with several years of international work. I hold a Master of Education from the University of Ottawa and am currently pursuing graduate studies in Counselling Psychology, with the intention of expanding my work further into mental health and wellbeing.
My professional journey has been shaped not only by my work as an educator, but also by my experience as a parent. Raising a strong-willed child challenged me to look beyond traditional approaches to learning and behaviour. It deepened my understanding of emotional regulation, connection, and the importance of meeting children where they are, both academically and emotionally.
At Seeds of Hope Learning, I bring together my background in education, personalized instruction, and multilingual support to create a calm, supportive, and responsive learning environment. I believe that meaningful growth happens when children feel understood, supported, and capable. My approach focuses on individualized strategies, emotional connection, and culturally responsive teaching practices that nurture confidence, resilience, and a genuine love of learning.
Our Mission
Seeds of Hope Learning was born from a simple yet powerful belief — that every learner carries the potential to grow when given the right support, understanding, and encouragement.
Through years of teaching and working with diverse students, I’ve learned that meaningful learning goes beyond academics; it’s about nurturing confidence, curiosity, and a sense of belonging.
My goal is to create a supportive space where education and wellbeing meet — a place where students can rediscover their strengths and families feel empowered to guide their children’s learning journey with hope.
Warm regards,
Nadejda Bodrug, OCT, M.Ed.
At Seeds of Hope Learning, language is seen as a bridge to connection, understanding, and confidence. Services and resources are available in English, French, Russian, and Romanian to ensure every learner and family feels welcomed and supported.
This multilingual approach allows students to learn in the language that feels most natural while developing strong communication and academic skills across cultures.
Seeds of Hope Learning was born from a simple yet deeply personal belief that every child carries the potential to grow when they are met with understanding, patience, and the right kind of support.
As both an educator and a parent, I’ve seen how challenging it can feel when a child doesn’t fit neatly into traditional expectations at school or at home. Raising a strong-willed child taught me that learning and behaviour are not about control or perfection, but about connection, trust, and guidance. It reminded me that behind every struggle is a child trying to communicate a need, and a parent doing their very best. Through my years of teaching and working with diverse learners and families, I’ve learned that meaningful growth goes far beyond academics. It’s about nurturing confidence, curiosity, emotional safety, and a sense of belonging in the classroom, during daily routines, and in moments of challenge at home. When children feel understood, they are far more open to learning, and when parents feel supported, everything changes.
I created Seeds of Hope Learning to be a calm, supportive space where education and wellbeing meet. A place where children are supported as whole individuals, and where families feel empowered, reassured, and hopeful as they navigate learning, behaviour, and everyday life together.
If you’re here because you’re searching for answers, support, or simply a gentler approach, I see you. You’re not alone, and there is always room for growth, connection, and hope.
I invite you to begin a conversation when you feel ready.
Warm regards,
Nadejda
