Individualized Learning Plan (ILP)

At Seeds of Hope Learning, we believe that every student thrives when their unique strengths and needs are truly understood. Our Individualized Learning Plan (ILP) is a personalized roadmap designed to help students achieve meaningful academic and personal growth. Each ILP is carefully developed after a free 15-minute consultation (with an optional paid extension for in-depth discussion). We collaborate with parents and students to identify goals, learning styles, and specific support areas, followed by a one-hour review session to walk through every detail together, ensuring families feel confident and empowered in the process.

To maintain progress and adjust strategies as needed, we offer a built-in 15-minute check-in during the same week, along with optional ILP updates or resource-only packages for continued growth and support. Our mission is to provide clarity, direction, and encouragement — helping each learner reach their fullest potential through a thoughtful, individualized approach to education.

Parent Resources

At Seeds of Hope Learning, we understand that parents play a vital role in every child’s educational journey. Our Parent Resources section offers practical guides, informative flyers, and easy-to-follow tools to help families support their child’s learning and development at home. These materials are designed to empower parents with insights, tips, and actionable strategies that make a real difference in day-to-day learning.

Whether you’re looking for ways to encourage positive behavior, build stronger study habits, or support your child’s emotional wellbeing, our resources provide guidance rooted in research and experience. We also offer specialized materials for ASD and diverse learning needs, helping families create a supportive home environment where every child can thrive with confidence.

Self-Directed Support

At Seeds of Hope Learning, we believe that students thrive when given the tools and confidence to take charge of their own learning journey. Our Self-Directed Support services are designed to help learners build independence, strengthen their academic skills, and develop positive study habits that last a lifetime. We provide tailored guidance in French immersion, core French, and francophone programs, helping students achieve success in both language and content learning.

Beyond academics, our approach focuses on nurturing essential behavioral and learning skills through practical strategies and consistent support. Students and families can also benefit from individual or group tutoring sessions, available upon request, to reinforce classroom learning and promote continued growth. Each program is designed to encourage curiosity, self-motivation, and lifelong learning.

Educational Learning Support for Students and Parents

Parent coaching at Seeds of Hope Learning provides support with parenting challenges, behaviour, and learning skills to help families feel calmer, more connected, and confident in their approach to school. Families often reach out when learning struggles feel emotional or behavioural rather than purely academic.

My role is to support parents with clarity, reassurance, and practical next steps, helping you understand your child’s needs through an emotional and developmental lens.

This may also include guidance for families navigating French Immersion and francophone education systems, such as understanding academic expectations, managing homework stress, and supporting learning across languages.
